Make your room reservations before 5:00 pm on Friday, September 2 by calling 800-843-6664 (800-THE OMNI) or through the Omni Hotel website. Mention that you are attending the PPC Summit to take advantage of our discounted room rate of $229 single/double. Rate is good September 23 to 30 and is guaranteed only until September 2 or the PPC Summit room block is full. Rooms are limited over these dates in the city so book yours now!

The daily parking rate is $15.00 or $30.00 for overnight parking at the Omni. PPC Summit attendees will have access to complimentary high-speed Internet in all of the hotel lobbies and designated public areas.

Travel Information

The Los Angeles International airport is 18 miles and approximately 30 minutes from the hotel. The taxi fare from the airport is estimated to be $44 one way. Shuttle Service is in the range of $15 per person each way. Contact Prime Time Shuttle (www.primetimeshuttle.com) or 800-733-8267, or Super Shuttle at 310-872-6600 for reservations and more information. These vans pick up passengers on the Lower/Arrival Level islands in front of each terminal under the orange sign Shared Ride Vans.

Driving directions from the airport to the hotel follow:

Exit Sepulveda Boulevard South; Stay to the right when out of tunnel; Take 105 East to 110 North; Exit 4th Street East and turn left onto Olive Street. The hotel is located on the left, halfway up Olive Street

When to Arrive, Weather and What to Wear

Meetings will commence on Thursday, September 25 at 8:30 am with registration and a Continental breakfast beginning at 7:30 am. Look for the registration desk in the Bunker Hill Foyer. Plan to depart after the last session adjourns on Friday, September 26 at 5:00 pm.

Business casual dress is appropriate for all PPC Summit activities. We suggest you dress in layers so you will be comfortable during the sessions, breaks and lunches.

In September you may expect the weather in Los Angeles to range from an average of 83 degrees (F) high to 65 degrees low.

Meals

Your conference registration fee includes most meals. Continental breakfasts will be served Thursday and Friday mornings from 7:30 am. Refreshment breaks (morning and afternoon) and lunch are provided on the meeting days. If you have special dietary needs (Vegetarian, Kosher etc.), please indicate this when you register for the meeting.

Don't miss the opportunity to meet the presenters at the reception on Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm in the Bunker Hill Foyer.
